Your content

You keep ownership of every book and file you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to process, store and display them on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass quotas, RLS, or other tenants' data.
• No use of the AI Companion to generate content that violates EU law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise zero downtime. We post incident notes when something major breaks.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by EU consumer law. Nothing here removes statutory rights you can't waive.
